Relaxation Massage - Light pressure for stress relief and calm. No specific therapeutic work.

Therapeutic Massage - Light–medium pressure with optional specific focus on tension areas, while still relaxing.

Deep Tissue Massage - Medium–deep pressure with targeted work on tight muscles and problem spots.

> Please take a moment to check your email and complete your online intake forms - forms need to be updated every year.

If you prefer to fill them out in the clinic, please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

> What if I am sick the day of my massage?

Please call us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. If it’s after hours, leave a message. While we appreciate email cancellations, they are not considered official notification, as we don’t check emails frequently.

Your well-being is important to us, and we understand the need to stay home when you’re sick. However, we do have a cancellation policy:

• 24-hour notice: No charge

• More than 2 hours notice: Half the treatment fee (unless we can fill the spot)

• Less than 2 hours notice: Full treatment fee (again, waived if we can fill the spot)

Please don’t feel pressured to “power through” your appointment; your health and the health of our therapists matter. We appreciate your understanding!

Should there be a late cancellation or no-show, as per our policy, your card will be charged without notice.

> As part of our cancellation policy, we require the collection of credit card information for all appointments. This measure is necessary due to the unfortunate increase in no-shows and same day cancellations.
