Hot Stone Massage is performed by our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and combines the therapeutic benefits of massage with the soothing warmth of heated stones. Smooth, heated stones are carefully applied to selected areas of the body and may also be used during the massage to help relax tight muscles and ease tension. This treatment can be beneficial for individuals experiencing muscle stiffness, back, neck, or shoulder tension, general muscle discomfort, and stress. Your RMT will discuss your concerns and preferences before the treatment to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience. Hot Stone Massage is a relaxing treatment designed to promote muscle relaxation, reduce tension, and support your overall sense of well-being.
