(i.e. incontinence, bowel concerns, prolapse, painful intercourse) pelvic girdle/back pain and core concerns. **Please book two follow up appointments after the initial one about 2 weeks apart as the schedule gets quite busy.**

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
