Craniosacral Therapy (CST) for Babies (0–2 years)
Sessions for babies will range from 30-60 minutes depending on the baby's comfort level. This booking is for babies who may benefit from gentle, nervous system-based bodywork. (CST) supports a range of developmental and regulatory needs, including feeding or latch issues, reflux, sleep disruptions, head shape changes, torticollis, or birth-related tension.
Sessions may help improve sleep, regulation, digestion, and overall nervous system capacity. Intake forms will be emailed in advance but can also be completed in person. Parents are welcome to stay and support their baby.

Most of the appointment is spent feeling how your joints, muscles and connective tissues are moving together — with guided movement, hands-on assessment and gentle manual techniques — and you leave knowing what was worked on and what to pay attention to afterward.
