Your first visit is more than just a massage — it’s a restorative therapeutic session that begins with an in-depth assessment and personalized plan, helping us understand your body’s needs and relieve deep tension.
Each session includes posture, mobility, and muscle balance assessment, followed by tailored techniques that combine deep-tissue work, mindful stretching, and both hot and cold stone therapy. Heated stones release tension and improve circulation, while cool stones reduce inflammation and calm strained areas.
Throughout the session, I focus on creating balance — releasing tension while restoring structure and flow — so you leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and deeply at ease.
To support your progress beyond the table, I share personalized self-care guidance and posture awareness to sustain long-term relief.
Introductory rate of $140 applies for first-time visit until Jan 31, 2025 (Standard rate $150).
