What it is
This pelvic floor physiotherapy hour is slower and more private than a standard physio visit — you spend time talking through bladder, bowel, pain or pressure concerns, then the assessment may include posture, breathing, abdominal and pelvic floor muscle checks, with exercises, education and a plan you can follow at home.
