Choose this appointment if you are 36+ weeks pregnant. Recommended that you book 1 appointment per week until week 40, or 2 appointments per week if "there is a medical reason to encourage birth earlier."
We will use our time together to:
* address physical concerns (back and hip pain, SPD, headaches, swelling, etc)
* encourage optimal fetal positioning
* encourage uterus tonicity and activity
* support you to remain in a positive mindset and help you visualize the birth you desire
Treatment will include the best tools that we know can support preparing for and promoting labour.
This includes acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, cupping, hypnosis and visualization.

What it is
Most of the visit is treatment — you’re on the table while fine needles are placed and left to sit, with a brief check-in about what’s changed since last time and a few minutes at the end to talk through the next step.
