We recommend this 45 minute treatment to be done approx 24 hours PRIOR to your IUI or IVF procedure, AND within 24 hours AFTER your procedure. Keep stress low and support your body's ability to be open to receive. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR IUI OR IVF is scheduled in a manner that requires your acupuncture to be booked outside of our regular hours (is, after 5pm or on weekends) then an extra $30/treatment will be added.

This treatment can be booked if you've already come in for your initial assessment. Due to the short appointment time, only one main complaint will be addressed, and treatment applied to only one side of your body (ie. a front treatment or a back treatment). We will use acupuncture, and possibly one other modality (gua sha, cupping, moxabustion.) If you require a longer appt time, please book the 75 minute Integrated follow-up.

Choose this appointment if you are 36+ weeks pregnant. Recommended that you book 1 appointment per week until week 40, or 2 appointments per week if "there is a medical reason to encourage birth earlier." We will use our time together to: * address physical concerns (back and hip pain, SPD, headaches, swelling, etc) * encourage optimal fetal positioning * encourage uterus tonicity and activity * support you to remain in a positive mindset and help you visualize the birth you desire Treatment will include the best tools that we know can support preparing for and promoting labour. This includes acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, cupping, hypnosis and visualization.

For teen and adult patients who want only Craniosacral therapy, or a no-needle treatment that could consist of a combination of acupressure, tuning forks, cupping, integrative energy work and CST.

Fertility support looks very different for different patients, because everyone comes in with their own story... - what's happening physically in their body and what do we see happening with their cycle? -what's happening in their hearts and emotional bodies? -What is going on in their mental bodies, and even -what's happening spiritually that may be blocking conception or supporting it? For me to work with someone in fertility support, I do ask that they are open to exploring ALL of these. There are many acupuncturists doing good fertility support who know a LOT about all the different tests and who have kept up to date with all the different research, and approach fertility very systematically. And they see success no doubt. But that's not my approach. I want to work holistically - help the cycle, improve any symptoms, and really open - heart wide open- to receiving a baby- even if there is some hard work with breaking down limiting beliefs around worthiness, moving thru any baggage around your own parents or families, or other emotional work like that. etc. If that sounds like an approach that is comfortable to you, I would LOVE to work with you. If you prefer a more systematic approach to fertility support - with a practitioner up to date with all the new tests and western approaches to conception, I'm happy to provide you a referral to another excellent practitioner. Intuitively, various modalities will be chosen (acupuncture, gua sha, craniosacral therapy, laser acupuncture, moxabustion, auricular therapy, cupping and more!) This longer treatment allows for a front-and-back treatment, and/or treating more than one issue.

New mamas/parents need treatments too, but often can't find the time to come in for some care. This treatment allows both Baby (under 4 months of age is best) & one Parent to receive a treatment in the same room, over the course of 90 minutes. BABY must have come in for an Initial Pediatric Appointment on a separate day first. Two Acupuncture receipts will be given for this booking - one in baby's name and one in the parent's name (for $110 each.). ***Sometimes a baby's needs will mean the treatment time is shortened. Sometimes a baby sleeps and allows the parent a longer treatment time. Ninety minutes of treatment time total come with this session. If adjustments are required to overall treatment time and pricing (ie, if it needs to be shortened) they will be done at the time of the treatment.

Assessment and integrative acupunctuee treatment for FIRST TIME patients aged 13+. Modalities include acupuncture, moxabustion, auricular therapy, gua sha, cupping, energy work, visualizations and more. NOTE: this cannot be booked for an initial FERTILITY appointment. Please use the Fertility Initial Appointment for that situation.

Babies and Children up to 12 years of age can book this follow-up, after they have already attended their initial assessment.. Treatment may include craniosacral therapy, acupressure, gua sha and acupuncture., and other, to meet the needs of the child.

Book this initial assessment and treatment for your baby/child who is between 0- 12 years of age. The time allotted will allow for a full assessment and discussion of the parents' concerns, along with a full treatment. This treatment may include craniosacral therapy, acupressure, cupping, gua sha, tuning forks, and acupuncture. **If your child is coming in for treatment for anxiety, depression, bedwetting or other "sensitive" situations, it may be helpful for me to speak with a parent privately ahead of time. In this case, please send me an email at eldyka@ripple-effect.ca at least 2 days ahead of the appointment time. This treatment may include craniosacral therapy, acupressure, cupping, gua sha and acupuncture, in addition to meditation, breathwork or tapping as required to meet your child's needs.
