An in home (within 5 km of Rise Clinic) or virtual ergonomic assessment of the causative factors that relate to your injury, symptoms or movement abnormalities. Our ergonomic assessment primarily consists of a thorough postural analysis, combined with an approach that supports your individual strength, mobility and stability assessment.
Once the assessment is completed, a treatment plan consisting of education, advice, and management strategies to keep you comfortable and pain-free in the workplace or when you are working from home is discussed.
