For returning clients whom have seen Kailie previously. Gentle Therapeutic Acupuncture treatments are designed to alleviate stress, calm the mind and reset the nervous system. Treatments include acupressure of the upper neck, shoulders and face in conjunction with guided breath techniques. Traditional acupuncture points are then gently inserted for 20-30 minutes specifically used to stimulate the vagus nerve, calm the mind, promote better rest, digestion and increase overall well being. Clients have the opportunity to rest, reset, restore and recharge. Individualized points will also be incorporated to address any underlying issues.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
