This is for a first time visit with Jacob, for an Osteopathic assessment and treatment. This appointment will include an in-depth overview of your health history. Following will include an Osteopathic assessment and Osteopathic treatment. It is recommended that you wear loose or stretchy clothes that will not restrict range of motion.
