A custom-tailored treatment designed to address your specific needs. This initial session includes a 15-minute consultation and physical assessment to pinpoint the root of your concerns, followed by a 60-minute massage Treatment.
Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or decompressing from a stressful week, we integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques to target your "trouble spots." You’ll leave the session feeling grounded, renewed, and with a clear plan for your recovery.
Please note that there is a discounted rate for seniors and military members.
