New appointments open on the 1st of each month for 2 months in the future. (Eg. March appointments become available for booking on January 1st.)
CANCELLATION POLICY: 48-HOUR NOTICE is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. The full appointment fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 HOURS in advance.
I do not offer direct billing to extended health providers. However, I will provide you an invoice for you to submit your claim to your provider.
