Neck and Shoulder Massage Workshop
This is a three-hour, in-person workshop which will include an introduction to the anatomy and physiology of the neck and shoulders, discussion of massage safety and communication considerations, and hands-on instruction in basic General Swedish Massage techniques for use on the neck and shoulders.
Please note that you MUST bring your own partner to the workshop. The listed price is for ONE participant. Each partner must register separately and complete their own intake forms.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
