It is used to collect a personal and medical history, goals for your program, and to complete a physical assessment. This assessment includes the price of creating your personalized exercise plan to implement at the gym.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
