A follow up appointment for clients who have been assessed for the injury to be treated within the last 6 months. This appointment includes a review of your progress, treatment and adjustments to your exercise/treatment plan as needed.
If this is a new injury or injury that has not been assessed in the last 6 months, please book an initial assessment.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
