Follow up session. My naturopathic bodywork supports people who are ready to go beyond surface-level healing. The hope is to help people connect with their bodies, their inner wisdom, and feel more aligned both physically and energetically.
Together, we create space for both physical relief and deeper awareness—so you can feel more aligned, grounded, and at home in yourself. Each visit you choose what naturopathic tools you want Dr. Heather to use: acupressure, massage techniques, acupuncture, smudge, deep breathing work, energy work, guided visualization, and basic lifestyle habits and strategies. Naturopathic consultations are booked as separate appointments.
This work isn’t just about relief—it’s about understanding your body, listening to what it’s holding, and reconnecting with your higher self.
