3 hypnotherapy sessions with certified hypnotherapist Yan Yen Loo. Each session is up to 60 minutes. When booking your sessions, it is suggested to space them out by 1-2 weeks. $450 total ($150/session). Complete package fee will be collected at your first session.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
