Please note the following rate increases for Summer 2026 :
30 Minute Sleep follow up consults with Julia Nichol as of July 1, 2026 are being increased to $110.00 + HST.
Registered Massage Therapy: Rates increasing as of August 4, 2026 .
30 minutes = $ 78.30
45 minutes = $ 101.77
60 minutes = $ 119.47
75 minutes = $ 141.59
90 minutes = $ 159.20
Our Acupuncture rates will be increasing as of September 1, 2026:
Initial Assessment = $150.00
Follow ups = $120.00

Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and care of our practitioners, we require at least 24 hours (1 full business day) notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, and unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be claimed through extended health benefits.
