Choosing Your Appointment - Please book enough time for us to properly assess and treat your concerns. Our doctors book back to back appointment and will not be able to go over time.

Initial visits - for new patients of the clinic OR if it has been more than 2 years since your last visit.

60 minute follow up (extended follow up) - please book this appointment if it has been greater than 6 months since your last visit, or if recommended by your ND

30 or 45 minute follow up - standard follow up appointment length for most of our patients who are receiving comprehensive naturopathic care. If you have multiple concerns or questions, please allow for more time.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is your dedicated time—whether you attend in person, switch to virtual, or miss it entirely, that time has been set aside just for you.

To cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of at least 48 Business Hours

If your appointment is on Tuesday, you must notify us by the previous Friday. Requests received over the weekend for a Tuesday appointment will incur a late cancellation fee.

NOTE: Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $75 fee. Same day cancellations, repeated late cancellations, missed appointments will be charged the full visit fee.
