Booking Online: Our online booking system does require a credit card. If you don’t have a credit card or prefer to book by phone/email, please do so at info@rootedrose.ca or text/call 782-234-3389.
Insurance Benefits: We offer direct billing for most major insurance providers. If you have acupuncture coverage, please fill in your member details in the online intake.
Arrival time: Early arrivals can be disruptive for others receiving treatment so please don’t arrive more than 5mins early for your appointment.
Student Discount: Students get 20% off all private treatments with valid student ID.
Masking: Masking is required for community acupuncture, and optional for private treatments.
Cancellations: 24-hrs notice is required of any changes made to your appointments. For community acupuncture: no-shows and late cancellations are subject to a $35 fee.
For private treatments: late cancellations and no shows will incur a fee equal to the price of the missed appointment.
