Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole that could have been filled by another person.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
- Late Cancellations (less then 24 hours from your appointment) or No-Shows are subject to the full cost of your appointment.
- These fees will be charged to your credit card on file and cannot be billed to insurance.
