Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic practice that uses light touch and intention to channel the sacred energy that exists within and around each one of us. Reiki offers energetic alignment and healing by moving energy that is stuck due to feelings, patterns, and beliefs. Receiving Reiki helps relieve pain, promotes overall health and clears internal blockages caused by grief, fear, worry, and shame. Clients report feeling relaxed, relieved, and more connected to their body and spirit.
During the Reiki session, the practitioner also receives intuitive messages that they will share with the client to help them make better sense of themselves and their lives.
