Initial appointment for health and wellness. We will go over your nutritional intake information and food/mood journal based on what you filled out prior to the appointment. I will review your food/mood journal in detail looking for nutritional micro/macro nutrients currently being consumed. We will work together to create a tailored approach that supports your specific health and wellness goal. This appointment would be booked with a follow up.
