Price increase effective May 1, 2026. Price increase from $130/hr. to $135/hr.
ICBC and WCB Treatments.
Please note that I am not currently taking ICBC and/or WCB clients at this time.
Direct Billing & Payment Policy:
I offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. Please note that TELUS e-Claims does not permit direct billing when used as secondary insurance. In these cases, payment is required at the time of service, and a detailed receipt will be provided for easy submission.
Some insurance plans may require full payment with self-submission.
Payment Methods:
The clinic only accepts e-transfer and cash for the patient portion.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Appointment:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations so we may offer the time to another patient.
Late cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full treatment fee and credit card on file will be charge and receipt will be emailed to you as per clinic policy.
These fees are not eligible for extended health benefit coverage and cannot be direct billed.
