Similar to an initial assessment, this treatment involves a history with questions about your new complaint, general health, and others as necessary. Followed by a physical examination, assessing the area of complaint with hands-on diagnostic testing, ranges of motion, and others to determine the cause of the problem. We will discuss the findings, diagnosis, a recommended treatment plan, and treatment if indicated.
