For pelvic floor physiotherapy patients, an internal re-assessment / treatment may be provided. You will receive a thorough explanation of what the re-assessment / treatment will involve (including proper draping), and you will be provided with alternative options if you are not comfortable with having an internal re-assessment / treatment.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
