The practice aims to balance the doshas by stimulating specific points and energy channels to promote the flow of life energy throughout the body. The use of warm and cooling stones applied to the back, neck and shoulders helps to alleviate stress, improve circulation and enhance mental clarity. Castor oil + essential oils are applied to the scalp and hair to strengthen, condition and soften them. *Please note this treatment is not billable to insurance.*
