Pregnancy acupuncture offers gentle, individualized support throughout every stage of pregnancy.
Treatments can be safely adapted during pregnancy and may help relieve common discomforts such as nausea, heartburn, headaches, round ligament pain, pelvic or low-back pain, and other pregnancy-related symptoms.
Appointments may also support relaxation, sleep, and overall well-being during pregnancy.
Labour Prep: Beginning at 35 weeks, weekly acupuncture appointments are recommended to help support the body as it prepares for labour and delivery.
The full cost of treatment will be charged on missed appointments as well as cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
