This 45-minute initial visit is for all new patients.
We’ll begin with a health history intake (written and verbal), followed by postural, gait, and movement assessments. You’ll share your treatment goals, and we’ll begin with a brief hands-on session using techniques such as osteopathic mobilizations, muscle energy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, or neural techniques—based on your individual needs.
