Follow - up treatment build on your body's response from previous sessions and continue working toward your individual goals. Sessions may begin with a brief reassessment and discussion of any changes, improvements, or new concerns since your last visit.
Treatment remains fully customized and may focus on:
- Releasing ongoing tension or restrictions
- Improving alignment and mobility
- Supporting organ and lymphatic function
- Reducing discomfort, swelling or congestion
- Encouraging overall balance within the body
As the body changes and adapts, each session may look different. Treatment techniques and intensity are adjusted based on how your body is responding and what it needs most at that time.
The aim of follow- up care is to continue supporting the body's natural healing processes while improving overall movement, function, and well-being.
