This session is 90 minutes for patients who have completed their initial consultation and are returning for orthopaedic acupuncture. Orthopaedic acupuncture combines modern medical knowledge with Traditional Chinese Medicine, incorporating muscle motor points and trigger points alongside traditional acupuncture points. Each session begins with a brief review of your progress and is followed by your orthopaedic acupuncture treatment, PNF stretching, and Heskier's myofascial release tool work.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
