Appointment Booking.
This can be done online anytime. No referral is required for new appointment bookings. If you are looking for assistance with this or other matters, please email us at hello@sanapsychological.com or call 403-252-4146. Our administrators will respond to messages Monday-Thursday from 9am-12pm during July and August, excluding holidays.
Virtual Sessions. Video and phone appointments are available for anyone in Alberta at the time of session. If you are out of province, please email the therapist you are interested in working with to let them know where you are located and see if they are able to work with you in a different jurisdiction. Virtual session availability is dependent on professional credentials and regulatory restrictions and is subject to change.

Therapist Email Addresses. You can reach out directly to our therapists by email, including if you need to be in touch with them if you are running late for an appointment. Our therapists do not have direct phone lines.

Each of our therapists has a different fee structure based on their professional credentials. They also have different direct billing capabilities which are listed in the therapist bios. If you are requiring direct billing, please contact us at hello@sanapsychological.com or your chosen therapist to see if direct billing is available. It would also be recommended that you contact your insurance company to clarify policy details.
