Calgary, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts

in English Literature from Concordia University.

Noah trained as a therapist with kids, teens and adults experiencing a variety of presenting concerns, including most recently in student counselling at Mount Royal University. In addition to his work as a therapist, Noah is also a research coordinator at the University of Calgary. In this capacity, he has conducted research assessments with kids, teens, and young adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

Noah’s approach is integrative psychodynamic, which is geared towards helping clients broaden

a non-critical awareness of their emotions and thoughts; come to a greater understanding of their behaviours and motives; and notice patterns, often rooted in earlier experiences and relationships, that quietly shape the present and may be

contributing to current distress. Noah will also draw on other approaches (e.g., Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) based on your specific needs. Noah’s approach is largely non-directive and client-led; we go forward from where you are.
