This appointment is for NEW clients who have already completed a free information session, either virtually or in-person. If you have not yet completed an information session, please book that first. This is a two-step appointment. Your clinic will call or email you to book the Review of Results with your psychologist.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
