Direct Billing of Insurance
We’re happy to offer the courtesy of direct billing services to our Sante Group patients, where applicable.
Please note , if there is an issue with your specific policy’s billing eligibility, or if online service interruptions occur and direct billing is not available, be aware that you remain responsible for your account, and PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY IN FULL OUT OF POCKET in such cases that direct billing is not an option. Upon payment, you will be provided with a paid receipt which you may submit to your insurance provider.
Please understand that there may be instances beyond the Clinic’s control, when direct billing is not available.
Only you have access to see your policy’s terms and the amounts for which you are eligible. Some insurance plans may require a prescription from a physician for certain services. In these cases, please be prepared to pay the whole session cost if the prescription is not on file.
Booking appointments online requires placing a current credit card on file.
