For the Spring of 2025, on Friday of each week there will be a 1 hour session available.
The intention of this offering is to make space avaialble to those who would otherwise not have the means to and would benefit for this type of physical care. Equally, this session is open for someone who is curious but not sure and would like to explore if this method would be beneficial for them.
In Irish Gaelic the word 'Saoirse', means freedom, there is no payment expected, yet my request is that you come with an intention for what you would like to receive from our time together.
