Please arrive for your initial assessment at your appointment time. When you arrive, enter through the side door and make your way downstairs to the waiting area. Your Physiotherapist will call you when ready.
During your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will perform both a subjective history taking in addition to a physical examination to determine the best course of treatment to match your specific needs. Discussion of goals, treatment plan and prognosis will occur during this time and you should expect to be sent home with a home exercise program.
