This is a registered massage therapy treatment session for veterans that is 60 minutes in length. Your 60 minutes will include a discussion of the goals of the session, hands-on massage therapy as well as any education and exercises that will help you maintain your health between sessions.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
