Dietitian Assessment - Telehealth
During an initial assessment, which is typically 60 minutes, a dietitian will take a full medical, dietary and food related history, interpret labs (if available) lifestyle and your story. During your session you can bring up your challenges, goals and questions about nutrition. As the session progresses, based on the assessment of past medical history, concerns and questions we will discuss evidence-based nutrition and collaborative approaches regarding dietary and lifestyle changes to improve overall health.
