POST-OP LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
This post-surgery technique uses the lymphatic system to flush out the fluids without risking contamination from squeezing out the fluid. Each session is done with slow and shallow pressure.
We DO NOT use any aggressive or invasive treatments such as cavitation or wood therapy. When the body under goes surgery it creates trauma, we do not add to the trauma, our goal is to provide relief and help with the contouring process while speeding the healing process.
SUGGESTED TREATMENT SCHEDULE:
PRE-SURGERY:
3 Lymphatic Drainage sessions (1-2 weeks prior to surgery)
POST-SURGERY:
START: Post-op Day1 - Week 2: 1 session every other day for the first 2 weeks. (Aids in eliminating toxins and anesthetic from the body)
WEEKS 3: 2–3 sessions per week
WEEKS 4: 1–2 sessions per week
MAINTENANCE: 1 session weekly or biweekly until swelling and fibrosis settle
TOTAL AVERAGE:
10–20 sessions may be required for optimal results (some cases like liposuction, BBL, or tummy tuck—may benefit from more depending on swelling and fibrosis)
