Pediatric Sleep Consultation - Virtual
We will assess your specific situation to determine the best plan for you, respecting your goals and protecting your baby’s well-being at all times. Before choosing the right plan for you, we will make a comprehensive assessment and rule out possible causes of frequent nighttime awakenings.
If you wish to drop night feeds, we will assess whether it is safe and how to do it gently, always responding to your baby throughout the process.
If all you need is to implement healthy sleep habits and understand the relationship between feeding and sleep, learn about co-sleeping and/or transitioning the baby to his crib or room, we are also here to answer your questions.
This consultation includes:
- Intake form with clinical history and initial assessment.
- Education and strategies based on your current situation and your baby's age, a summary will be sent via email after our online meeting.
- 60 min video call where we will discuss everything in detail and doubts will be answered.
- Any pertinent resources and handouts.
