This is a follow-up to the Initial Intake Appointment where your Comprehensive Wellness Plan will be delivered. In this appointment, we will go over your customized treatment plan that details evidence-informed integrative therapies to support you through your cancer journey, such as preventing and managing side effects of conventional cancer treatment, optimizing well-being during and after chemo/ radiation/ immunotherapy, and promoting remission. This appointment is intended to provide you with value- the Wellness Plan will provide a roadmap for your health and minimize the need for frequent follow-ups.
