In this 90 min session, you will be provided Reiki with gemstone frequency healing paired with an intuitive reading of your auric and energetic health. This session is a reiki treatment with a detailed verbal recap of your energy, shadow and auric field at the beginning and end of the session. We will discuss what (if any) discoveries that came up for you after your initial session. We will discuss how you are integrating the reiki and what areas of your life came into focus after your previous session.
We read tarot, decode number & animal totems and research any (day)dream meanings and visuals or physical sensations that may come through. This also includes what stones I used in your session and any other useful information to take home with you to help integrate the Reiki into your daily routine.
This is a great way to maintain your reiki treatments. This incredibly healing practice serves to cleanse your emotional, shadow, energetic and auric fields.
There are no pilates classes at the time of your session. You'll have the whole studio to yourself. This ensures the space will be quiet and calm during your appointment.
