Please choose this appointment if you are new to the clinic and between the ages of 8-17.
The first session will be a parent session. The clinic will contact you to set up the parameters and confirm the details of the appointment. We require parent consent for treatment of minors.
This is an INITIAL 50 minute appointment with a Certified Canadian Counsellor or a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
CCC and RCC are covered by some extended health plans, please check your plan to see if you are eligible for direct billing.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
