Integrative Fascial work is intentional work that addresses all levels of the body, not just the musculoskeletal system.
Integrative Fascial work may include any of the following: assessment and adjustments to bony structures, specific ligamentous release, work to fascial structures, visceral work, or traditional massage.
A 60 minute appointment with a RMT to include: intake, assessment, treatment, re-assessment and home care.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
