At this appointment we will discuss your current and past health history, including all aspects of your health, such as nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications/supplements, and health concerns. We will locate or arrange for any relevant lab or diagnostic testing and create a treatment plan together. If you have had lab work completed in the past 6 months, please print a copy from your www.myehealth.ca account and bring it with you to your appointment.
