Talk about nuts, seeds, legumes and high-quality oils, and finish off by walking through the aisles to learn how to read nutrition labels, ingredient lists and discover healthy brands. All while shopping for quality ingredients for 2 new recipes! My goal is for you to leave feeling confident in choosing supportive foods for your health. You will be armed with knowledge and take away a few handouts so you can easily implement what you've learned.
