Cancellation Policy Missed appointments (no-show) or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged in FULL. Please consider your commitment to any online appointment booking carefully to avoid unnecessary charges. A credit card is required to book online. Your card is safe & encrypted and will only be charged in the event that you miss your appointment or cancel within the 24 hour policy.
I fully understand that “things happen”, however I ask that you please respect and value my time as a self employed health care practitioner that is expecting you at a scheduled time. I often have a waitlist of others that will book the appointment when adequate notice is given. Thank you for understanding.
