This session can be booked once your 6 week clearance has been given. In this treatment we focus on decreasing adhesions, improving circulation and sensation and alleviating limitations related to your caesarian surgery; whether you are 6 weeks, or 6 years post.
This treatment can be booked for anyone who has had abdominal surgery of any kind.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
